Website information on personal data protection

FASTAV DEVELOPMENT - AOC, s.r.o., ID No. 253 09 561, a company having its registered office at Jasenická 296, 755 01 Vsetín, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, File 18410, and represented by Vlastimil Fabík (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”), processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”) and in accordance with other applicable legislation, for the purpose of:

Doing business and providing services related to development;
Meeting all of its statutory obligations towards the state, health insurance companies, etc.

The Controller does not provide personal data to any third person or international organisation other than the health insurance company or persons authorised by law to receive personal data.

Customers, prospective customers, employees and any other natural persons whose personal data is processed by the Controller (hereinafter referred to as “Data Subject”) may at any time contact the Controller to:

Find out what personal data the Controller processes about them and how;
Exercise their right to receive information, access personal data, have their personal data corrected, complemented, deleted, restrict processing, raise an objection to the processing of personal data, transfer their personal data or to withdraw the data subject’s consent.

In order to exercise these rights, data subjects may contact the Controller by completing and sending our request form to the Controller by email to fastav@fastav.cz or by mail to Jasenická 296, 755 01 Vsetín.
