Retail parks
FASTAV has also built successful retail parks created in connection with food store projects as our company’s private investments. In this manner we secured the development, construction, financing and long-term lease for more than 25,000 m2 of our own commercial retail space. We are developing our own Fastmall commercial brand concept for our retail parks and are intensively working on additional projects. Our major trading partners are multinational chains selling clothing, shoes, toiletries, sports equipment, toys, household electronics and home furnishings.
